The Strategy Group is a member of the Network Weavers Consultants Network and offers a variety of effective strategies to engage community members in important dialogue and planning efforts to improve capacities and conditions in communities to mobilize around pressing community problems. We support funds, foundations, and institutions in the design, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of participatory grantmaking processes. Over the past decade TSG has catalyzed and supported many resident-led networks in rural communities that actively used participatory grantmaking.
